The two characters in there are Ryuusei and Ryuuga, Ryuuga is the one fixing the clock thing.

Towards the end of the picture I kinda imagined these two baka-heads as a sort of shop keeper in an RPG game, they would be the type that doesn't sell potions but sell weapon crafting recipe books and odd bits and bobs to make the weapons and then overprice them but then you eventually find out all the stuff they sell are enchanted with secret techniques.

And everytime you come back to the shop they would be doing something different. Sometimes one of them would be MIA.

And that little dog would somehow always be there.
Sometimes when the two of them go missing, the dog will still be there and follow you around to make sure you don't steal anything and pay for the stuff. Or else it will bite you and never let go until you pay up...
